Had a great meal here with my kids while visiting London. We were starving and the portions were great. Quality and service was great too. Price for food and drinks are on par with the places in the area. Less than places downtown for sure. We had pizza and pasta and we liked everything we had. No complaints. Very good all around. Definitely recommend it.
Lovely restaurant, great prices. I had a lovely Calzone for just over £10.
Everyone was speaking Italian, even most of the customers! For a moment it acrually felt like I was in Italy (the warm weather helped). I'd recommend making a reservation if planning to eat at peak time. I think I got lucky with managing to get a table!
The experience would be a lot different if you are a regular customer - and Italian, in this scenario the service is amazing, but otherwise you feel like you’re not really welcome from the (rude) waitress.
Food is ok, bordering on average but reasonably priced and at least fresh... but when you order a dessert, after 30 minutes of waiting, you may hear sorry dessert is sold out, because the local will be served first (even if they ordered 15 minutes after you)
Otherwise the wine was good, it’s not overpriced even for London. Perhaps they can remember it is sometimes enough to be polite and smile and to remember you are there to make the experience better.
I expected so much more from this restaurant, because I am living close enough to (have) been a regular, but unfortunately I won’t go back there anymore...like the waitress’ smile.
(But the waiters with the mustache is amazing, I was just talking about her)
Looked this up on Google it rings true. Quick wait staff and food comes out quickly. Pasta was delicious. The only down side was they didn't have pizza on this night. Also the setting is nice.
Service was good. All staff were very friendly. Food was served hot and reasonable prices. Variety of dishes on menu and specials menu, so lots to choose from. It was quite busy, we c were the on Saturday evening about 7.30
