Very good service but the food was a big no. The starters was quite good, the melon and prosciutto was great. But the garlic and bruschetta only tasted garlic nothing else.
The salmon pasta was the worst pasta I have ever had, it was honestly disgusting. It was like one liter water, felt they took water from boiling broccoli and just put in the pasta. The carbonara was also very very bad, arguably no sauce or egg yolks in the sauce, very tasteless.
The lasagna was alright, a bit dry on one half.
The bolognese was quite good.
The house wine was also quite good.
The service was although great
We were on our way back to the Pimlico area from Oxford area and wanted a place that was a little quiet and good food.
This place was a surprise, we walked by and went in and we lucked out. The food was good, plenty and well priced. My wife had chicken thighs with bacon which came with potatoes and vegetables. I got veal Milanese which came with a side of spaghetti.
Well worth it.
Absolutely LOVED everything we had here. We got the bruschetta napoletana, insalata caprese, & penne romanoff.
We ate the Bruschetta before the pic could even be taken! Everything that followed was exceptional. if you’re craving Italian in London, this is your place! Finished it off with the Banana Toffee cake. If I lived in London, I would be here every night.
Well what can I say, fantastic and an easy 5/5 across the board.
Lovely authentic Italian food, staff and welcome. Clearly loved by locals and visitors.
Quite spacious and traditional decor.
Couldn't fault the place, the best Italian I've had in London, and probably anywhere else. No doubt I'll be back thos week!
Exceptional pasta and calm atmosphere. The food was prepared quickly and tasted very fresh. The proprietor was a very kind gentleman and actively ensured all guests were having a good experience.
